How to find the right caregiver, caretaker in Turkey?
We pay attention on finding the most suitable and reliable caregiver to ensure the best child care / patient care / senior care or housekeeping. Firstly; we learn the family's needs. We start our search based on the the needs of the employer. After the interviews and reference controls, we present the best candidates to the employer and organize a job interview between the candidates and the employer.
After the caregiver starts working, we deal with any problem between the employer and the caregiver. In case of any problems, we talk with the both sides and try to find a solution, if possible. Otherwise, we find a new caregiver to the employer.
